ABOUT ORDERING

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes. Our minimum invoice amount for a wholesale order must be greater than $500.

Are all of the prices final?

No, you are able to make an offer on any of the devices in our inventory. First, add the devices you are interested in to your cart. Then, click on the "Make Offer" button and insert your best offer. After you submit your order your sales representative will contact you to finalize your order before packing.

Can I buy one device?

Yes! Please check out our retail page to purchase a device from any of our retail stores without a wholesale account.

What is the return policy?

Our retails stores have a 30 day return policy. For wholesale, please contact your sales representative. If an issue has arisen regarding something that VB PHONES tests for, notification of the problem must be reported to VB PHONES within 10 days of receipt. In the event you discover an issue VB PHONES does not test for, returns or credit are not accepted.

Do I have to order through your Customer Portal?

Placing an order inside of our Customer Portal is the most efficient way to place an order. But, if you would like to place a wholesale order outside of our portal, please contact your assigned sales representative.

What forms of payment do VB Phones accepts?

We are happy to accept Credit and Debit Cards through Stripe and we also accept Zelle direct deposit and Wire Transfers.

Where do you currently ship?

At the moment we only ship anywhere in the United States but we are working with our shipping company partners to ship overseas as well.

What form of payment does VB PHONES accept?

We accept payment via wire bank transfer. We also accept all major credit cards through PayPal and Stripe with a 1.5% processing fee.

Will I receive an invoice for the product I purchase?

You will receive and automatic invoice for your purchase issue by our website system. We will also include an invoice or packing slip with every order unless you request we do not. If you need help with your invoice, your sales representative will be happy to assist you.

When am I expected to pay for the devices I order?

You have 5 business days after you receive the final invoice to pay for the devices in your order.

Does VB PHONES ships internationally?

Yes. We have FREE SHIPPING to any continental US location including to your freight forwarder. VB PHONES does not ship to international addresses via DHL. Most of our domestic and international buyers use FedEx.

Who is responsible for shipping costs?

VB PHONES  offers FREE SHIPPING using Fedex ground within the United States including to your freight forwarder. The customer bears responsibility to pay the shipping costs for any other shipping method and orders shipped internationally. You are responsible for all duties or taxes.

When will my order be shipped?

We will be able to ship your devices after payment has been completed for the order. If your payment is received before 2pm (EST) it will ship the same day payment is received.
